This was my first solo and a winter trek and our group guide Ravi bhaiya helped me throughout the trek in trying to motivate me and others to keep going and where to be careful. All in all, a wonderful experience with a great group, a great location and a well trained guide, Will recommend to anyone looking to go on this beautiful trek.

Triund Trek is the most beautiful and popular trek in the Kangra region of Himachal Pradesh, offering stunning views of the Dhauladhar range.
The total trek in Kangra Valley is around 12 km. The distance from Triund to Snowline is about 4 km, which takes around 4 hours to walk. The Triund to Snowline trek is easy to moderate and perfect for beginners.
Kangra is famous for its natural beauty, snow-covered Dhauladhar mountains, ancient temples, and cool weather—making it a perfect summer getaway.
McLeodganj is a popular hill station near Dharamshala, known for trekking and its unique mix of Tibetan and Indian culture. Palampur is a peaceful hill station in Kangra Valley, famous for its lush tea gardens and beautiful mountain views.
Dhauladhar range is the main mountain range in Kangra. It is part of the lower Himalayas and is also called “The White Range” because of its snow-covered peaks. It rises from the Shivalik hills, to the north of Kangra and Mandi.
The best time to visit Himachal Pradesh is from February to June during spring and summer, when the weather is pleasant. Many people also love visiting between October and February to enjoy the snowfall in winter.
