About the Destination Thatharana trek lies in laps of the Kangra Valley amidst the Dhauladhar Range which makes it the most beautiful place to watch out. Thatharana trek is surrounded by lushy green mountains with a vast view of plains of punjab. It's a base camp for trekkers going to Kundli Pass. So embark on these amazing trek to take pocket full of memories.

Itinerary

01DAY 1

Meeting point kharota village, and start trek khrota village. The trek passes through Kharota village which is at a duration of 1-2 hours from Khaniyara starting point. This village is surrounded by lushly green fields and a proper valley view. Start your climb from here to Thatharana which is of around 3- 4 hours. Check into the camps at and enjoy some leisure time. Dinner and overnight stay at campsite

02DAY 2
THATHARNA TREK RETURN AND KHROTA DROP Wake up in morning and after having breakfast head back to khrota village. Take a pit stop at kharota on your way through and chill around for half an hour. Your trek end with lots of beautiful memories.
03Thing To Pack

Trekking Shoes: You need good trekking shoes with good grip & ankle support Do not carry sport shoes’ Clothing: You need to have warm clothes with three-layer jackets, fleece or down feather jacket. Carry 1 or 2 full sleeves t-shirt. For lowers carry cotton pants suitable for trek. Do no carry jeans or shorts for trekking. Thermals: Carry top and bottom thermals. Socks: Carry 2 - 3 pair of sports socks along with woolen socks to be worn at night. Headlamp/Led Torch are mandatory Sunglasses: To protect from sunlight in snow you require UV rays protected sunglasses. Woolen Cap and Gloves are also necessary as the climate will be cold. Carry waterproof gloves as they get wet in snow. Water bottle: Every participant should carry water bottle of their own.
